Required Documents
The students must prepare the following documents:
- 1.Passport โ A valid passport with sufficient expiration time.
- 2.Passport Photo โ Standard passport-size photo.
- 3.Degree Certificate / Diploma โ University degree or high school certificate.
- 4.Transcripts / Bulletins โ Academic transcripts or school grade reports.
- 5.English Certificate โ Proof of English proficiency or a letter from your school/university confirming you studied in English.

Additional Verifications
- Notary Public (Ministry of Justice) โ Legalization of documents.
- Apostille (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) โ International authentication of documents.
- Declaration of Value (DoV) โ Recognition of academic qualifications in Italy.
- Family Income Declaration โ Proof that the family annual income does not exceed 20 million RWF (according to scholarship rules).
- Proof of Financial Means โ The required amount and acceptable evidence depend on the academic year, programme and competent Italian consulate. We verify the current official requirement before each application.
