1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Dream 2 Next ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the dream2next.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Services Provided

Dream 2 Next provides educational consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• University and course selection guidance.
• Document preparation assistance.
• Visa application support.
• Pre-departure and arrival support.
• A progress-only portal showing application stages and updates.
• A paid self-service university and funding assessment based on structured academic information supplied by the applicant.

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee admission or visa issuance. Final decisions are made solely by the respective universities and embassies.

3. Applicant Documents and Authenticity

Clients are responsible for supplying truthful, lawful and authentic identity, academic, financial and supporting documents. Where a managed service includes forwarding, transmitting or submitting documents supplied by a client, Dream 2 Next acts on the information and documents provided by that client and does not certify, authenticate or guarantee that a document is genuine.

The client is solely responsible for forged, altered, misleading or false documents or statements and for consequences imposed by a university, scholarship provider, embassy, immigration authority, payment provider or other institution. Dream 2 Next may suspend or terminate service where document fraud or material misrepresentation is suspected.

4. Progress and Self-Service Portals

Portal statuses are informational updates from Dream 2 Next. They do not replace official decisions or communications from universities, scholarship bodies, embassies or immigration authorities. Students remain responsible for checking official notices and completing requested actions by the applicable deadlines. The managed-client progress portal must not be used to upload application documents. The self-service assessment portal stores structured academic facts rather than passport, transcript, diploma or recommendation-letter files. Payment receipts should be verified by reference or inspected without permanent receipt-image storage.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

6. Fees, Self-Service Assessment and Payments

Some of our services are paid services. You agree to pay all fees and charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

Unless a different price is expressly published, the self-service university assessment has a base price of EUR 30 for one applicant profile and one assessment. Local-currency quotes use a verified exchange rate recorded for that order. Once the applicant submits the academic profile it is locked to that applicant. Replacing the applicant or materially changing the academic profile requires a new assessment and fee.

A paid self-service customer receives only their personalised recommendations and official application/funding links, not access to Dream 2 Next's internal university database, matching rules or other customers' information. The final downloadable report completes the one-assessment service, subject to a short technical retry window.
