These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Dream 2 Next ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the dream2next.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Dream 2 Next provides educational consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• University and course selection guidance.
• Document preparation assistance.
• Visa application support.
• Pre-departure and arrival support.
• A progress-only portal showing application stages and updates.

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee admission or visa issuance. Final decisions are made solely by the respective universities and embassies.

3. Progress Portal

Portal statuses are informational updates from Dream 2 Next. They do not replace official decisions or communications from universities, scholarship bodies, embassies or immigration authorities. Students remain responsible for checking official notices and completing requested actions by the applicable deadlines. The portal must not be used to upload or transmit application documents.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

5. Fees and Payments

Some of our services are paid services. You agree to pay all fees and charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
