2. Information We Collect

Dream 2 Next uses data minimisation across its portals. The managed-client progress portal does not provide academic/application document uploads. The self-service assessment portal stores structured facts entered from academic records rather than passport, transcript, diploma, recommendation-letter or visa-document files.

• Name, student reference code, email and optional WhatsApp number.
• Destination, university and programme when known.
• Application stage, manager message, next step and update time.
• Notification preferences and delivery information.
• An optional testimonial and photo link when separately consented to.
• For self-service assessments: nationality/residence country, target degree level and field, academic qualifications, core-course names/grades/credits, language level, funding preferences and payment transaction/reference information.
• Payment receipt images are not intended for permanent portal storage; staff may inspect proof outside the academic-document store and record the transaction/reference and verification result.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use portal information to provide the requested progress service, protect accounts, communicate material updates and meet applicable legal obligations.

• To provide secure, password-free portal access.
• To show the student where their dossier has reached.
• To send requested email or WhatsApp progress notifications.
• To investigate errors, abuse or security incidents.
• To publish testimonials only after explicit consent and manager approval.
• To produce a personalised paid university/funding assessment and downloadable report for the applicant who supplied the structured profile.
• To prevent reuse of a one-applicant assessment for another person and to maintain payment/audit controls.

4. Sharing Your Information

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database and optional communications. They process only the information needed to provide those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

• Vercel for website hosting.
• Supabase for authentication and progress data.
• Resend when email progress notifications are enabled.
• Meta WhatsApp when WhatsApp notifications are enabled.

5. Retention, Security and Your Choices

We restrict portal access by user role, use encrypted connections and keep update/audit histories for accountability. Staff access is limited by job role; self-service university intelligence is not directly browsable by customers. A self-service academic profile is locked when submitted and the paid assessment ends after delivery of the downloadable report, subject to a short technical retry window. Records are retained only for the period needed for service, accounting, fraud control, support, disputes or legal obligations. A user may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

6. Notifications and Testimonials

Operational progress notifications are separate from marketing. Students can choose email, WhatsApp, both or dashboard-only updates. Testimonials are optional, remain private while pending review and are never published without recorded consent.
