2. Information We Collect

The student portal is a progress-tracking service. It does not provide document uploads and is not intended to store passports, transcripts, admission letters, bank records or visa files.

• Name, student reference code, email and optional WhatsApp number.
• Destination, university and programme when known.
• Application stage, manager message, next step and update time.
• Notification preferences and delivery information.
• An optional testimonial and photo link when separately consented to.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use portal information to provide the requested progress service, protect accounts, communicate material updates and meet applicable legal obligations.

• To provide secure, password-free portal access.
• To show the student where their dossier has reached.
• To send requested email or WhatsApp progress notifications.
• To investigate errors, abuse or security incidents.
• To publish testimonials only after explicit consent and manager approval.

4. Sharing Your Information

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database and optional communications. They process only the information needed to provide those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

• Vercel for website hosting.
• Supabase for authentication and progress data.
• Resend when email progress notifications are enabled.
• Meta WhatsApp when WhatsApp notifications are enabled.

5. Retention, Security and Your Choices

We restrict portal access by user role, use encrypted connections and keep an update history for accountability. Progress records are retained while the service relationship is active and afterwards only for the period needed for support, disputes or legal obligations. A student may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of testimonial and marketing consent by contacting us. Withdrawing testimonial consent does not affect earlier lawful processing but stops future public display after the request is processed.

6. Notifications and Testimonials

Operational progress notifications are separate from marketing. Students can choose email, WhatsApp, both or dashboard-only updates. Testimonials are optional, remain private while pending review and are never published without recorded consent.
